307 Meat Company is a family owned Wyoming business designed to serve all people. Established in 2019, we are a USDA inspected processing facility based in Laramie, Wyoming with the mission to bridge the gap between producers and consumers in the meat industry.  Using real world experience, hard work and excellent customer service we strive to create a unique, high-quality meat buying experience. It is our goal to bring Wyoming raised products to consumers everywhere. We offer a unique selection of boutique style cuts that are unmatched in quality. From the beginning, 307 Meat Company has been dedicated to doing business the right way and we are committed to customer satisfaction. Meet the Team 

Kelcey Christensen

Founder & CEO

Born and raised in the Tongue River Valley and Thunder Basin of Wyoming, Kelcey has always loved this state and the agricultural industry. As the son and grandson of butcher's, his passion for meat processing began early, but was solidified his freshman year at the University of Wyoming when he began working at the Meat Lab. Originally planning to attend vet school, Kelcey decided that his dream would be to one day own his own processing plant in Wyoming. Before this could become a reality, he spent two and a half years as a commercial lender and the next 11 years as the Meat Lab Manager at the University of Wyoming, finally breaking ground as the Founder and President of 307 Meat Company. Throughout his journey he has had the constant support of his wife Margaux and their two sons, Kardell and Gradie. After his family, Kelcey’s true love is the craft of meat processing which allows him to create a unique product and there is no place he would rather work and raise his family than the great state of Wyoming.
