4lb Standing Rib Roast

Standing rib roasts have the rib bones cut off then tied back on. This allow the bones to add flavor to the roast while cooking, without having to deal with cutting around bones when it is time to serve dinner.

Prime Rib Roasts ordered for Christmas Dinner will be available for pick-up Wednesday, December 21st (9am-6pm) thru Saturday, December 24th(10am-2pm). We will be closed Christmas Day.
